Juveniles Arrested Following Fight In Twain Harte
Twain Harte, Ca — Late Thursday night a fight broke out between a number of juveniles near the 7-11 store in Twain Harte, and the Sheriff´s Office has made two arrests in connection.
The suspects, who had fled the area before deputies arrived, had brandished a hammer, dented a victim´s vehicle and shattered its back window. The fight was apparently in retaliation from an earlier incident occurring in Sonora. The Sheriff´s Office says it is not necessarily related to a large fight that broke out last weekend at Marble Quarry.
A witness was able to get a partial license number of the suspects vehicle, and dispatchers were able to match it to a 2007 Ford Taurus. Deputies located the vehicle at a residence on Moonbeam Circle in Tuolumne, and found the suspects who allegedly brandished the hammer and done the damage. The two males, ages 16 and 17, were taken into custody and released to a probation officer. There were no reported injuries.
