Copperopolis, Ca — Five teenagers suffered minor to moderate injuries in a single vehicle accident over the weekend.
19-year-old Jessica Doyle of Copperopolis was traveling southbound on Black Creek Dr., near the intersection of Feather Dr. when the rain caused her to lose control of her SUV and overturn down an embankment.
A 15-year-old male passenger was transported by air ambulance to Valley Trauma Center for treatment of moderate injuries. Doyle and a 16-year-old female passenger were taken by ground ambulance to Sonora Regional Medical Center. Two other male passengers, one 15 and the other 17, suffered minor injuries and were transported to a hospital by family members.
