County Supervisors Back In Session

Sonora & San Andreas, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors will discuss the proposed 2008-09 fiscal budget when the Board meets Tuesday morning.

County staff is proposing general fund expenditures of $62,229,850, which is 2.7% less than the year before. The Board will also vote whether to authorize submission for a Cal Home Program Grant in the amount of $900,000.

In San Andreas on Tuesday, the Calaveras County Supervisors will decide whether to approve the Calaveras Works and Human Services Self Assessment Plan. There will also be a vote on whether to approve a contract extension with California Forensic Medical Group, Inc. to administer medical services to jail inmates.
