San Andreas, CA — 67 year old Carol Clara Teebay complained of pain to her back, neck and wrist following a single vehicle accident Sunday morning at 11:25 on Hwy 49 north of South Angels Rd.
Teebay also suffered a laceration to her head and knee after making an unsafe turning movement to the right while headed in a northerly direction.
Due to the unsafe turn she allowed her vehicle to leave the roadway and enter the dirt shoulder. She then over corrected to the left, lost control of the 1997 Toyota Camry and drove into a drainage culvert.
Alcohol was not involved in the accident. Teebay was treated at MarkTwain-St. Joseph’s Hospital.
