Groveland Traffic Stop Leads To Drug Arrest
Groveland, CA — Late Thursday evening Kevin Paul Herbert of San Francisco was arrested following a routine traffic stop in Groveland.
The 36-year-old from San Francisco was driving a motor home on Hwy 120 near Powder House Rd. at around 10pm when he was pulled over for vehicle code violations.
Lt. Ken Diaz with the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office says inside the vehicle was marijuana, suspected methamphetamine, suspected LSD, suspected ecstasy, suspected heroin and several other chemicals that were not identified.
Herbert was booked into Tuolumne County Jail and has since been released on $60,000 bail.
