Supervisors To Close Out July Meetings
Sonora, CA — Supervisors in Tuolumne and Calaveras counties will close out their July meetings today.
In Sonora the supervisors are scheduled to approve the Tuolumne County Committee on School District Reorganization action to accept the order to annex the Chinese Camp School District to the Jamestown School District.
The supervisors will also consider approving the contract between ICES (Infant Child Enrichment Services) and the Behavioral Health Department to implement the Early Childhood Education Nurturing Parent Project in the amount of $118,754.
There will also be consideration of approving the 2009/2010 amendment to the 2008/2009 contract with Doctors Medical Center to provide inpatient psychiatric services to Tuolumne County residents for the fiscal year 2009/2010.
Finally a 10:30am public hearing is scheduled to consider approving the Community Development Block Grant annual grantee Performance Report.

In San Andreas a resolution will be presented to authorize an agreement between Michael W. Maddox, M.D. and Calaveras County for specialty mental health services in an amount not to exceed $100,000 for the fiscal year 2009/2010.
There will also be discussion and possible action regarding a minute order authorizing a short-term no-interest loan to Area 12 Agency on Aging until the state 2009/2010 fiscal budget is resolved with funding resumed.
Finally there will be a closed session dealing with continued negotiations between the county and SEIU (Service Employees International Union) Local 1021.
