Tuolumne County Supervisors To Open July Meetings
Sonora, CA — Plenty of items are on today’s agenda for the Tuolumne County supervisors as they open their July series of meetings.
There will be the adoption of public involvement policies for making major service reductions or increasing fares for county transit services.
In addition there will consideration of supporting AB-392 for the protection of vulnerable seniors from abuse and neglect by restoring Ombudsman funding.
Also there will be a resolution to consider the authorization of County Counsel to cooperate with CSAC (California State Association of Counties) in litigation challenging the constitutionality of any seizure by the state of the Highway Users Tax Account funds.
Finally there will be consideration of approving an amendment to the Agreement for Preparation of an EIR (Environmental Impact Report) for the proposed Law and Justice Center with Environmental Science Associates in the amount of $28,810.
