Tuolumne County Supervisors Set For Final June Meeting

Sonora, CA — The divestiture of VNA-Hospice of the Sierra from county rolls will highlight the Tuesday supervisorial meeting at the County Administration Center.

Three considerations will include 1) approving the agreement for the purchase and sale of business assets to Sonora Regional Medical Center (SRMC) in the amount of $204,522, 2) approving the assignment and assumption agreement regarding transfer of all Hospice of the Sierra liabilities and licensing responsibilities to SRMC effective August 1 of this year and 3) approving the issuance of layoff notices to employees in the VNA-Hospice of the Sierra department.

Other items on the agenda include accepting the certification of results from the May 19 statewide Special Election and consideration of approving the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Amador and Calaveras counties for the utilization of beds at the Mother Lode Juvenile Detention Facility in Tuolumne County.

The final item of the day will be consideration of approving the Master Resolution amending the Tuolumne County General Plan.
