Calaveras Supervisors To Deal With Trinitas Lawsuit

San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County supervisors will deal with a number of issues including the approval of a M.O.U. with Tuolumne County for the guaranteed use of eight beds per day in the Mother Lode Juvenile Detention Facility set to open in 2012. 

There will also be discussion and possible action regarding a minute order approving an agreement between State Department of Health Care Services and the county for Medi-Cal Administration activities for the period of July 1, 2009 through June 30, 2012. 

In addition there will be a resolution approving a cooperative agreement between the county and CAL Fire for dispatch services. 

Finally there is a 10:30 closed session scheduled to deal with the pending lawsuit filed by the Trinitas Golf Resort (Michael and Michelle Nemee) against the county. 

Today’s meeting gets underway at nine o’clock.
