Sonora Dentist Claims Innocence

Sonora, CA – Dr. Scott Henning has pleaded not guilty to four felony charges stemming from alleged inappropriate contact with a 15 year old girl.
The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office served a warrant at the 46-year-old dentist’s residence and place of business two weeks ago, and he was arrested and taken to County Jail.
Court documents indicate that some of the charges stem from Henning allegedly taking inappropriate pictures or film of a minor who was modeling. The alleged offenses occurred between September 1st and October 30th of last year.
He is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on July 1 at 1:15pm in Department Four of Tuolumne County Superior Court.
