Phalen Released From Jail

Sonora, CA — Gary Lee Phalen of Jamestown was released on his own recognizance Wednesday on the condition that he not drive or drink alcohol.
Phalen is charged with vehicular manslaughter for death of Virginia Plummer of Jamestown on February 9th.
On Wednesday the judge also moved Phalen’s preliminary hearing to June 17th at 1:15pm in Department Four of Tuolumne County Superior Court.
