Mother Lode Supervisors Open February Meetings Today

Sonora and San Andreas, CA — The Tuoulumne County Board of Supervisors will open its February meeting schedule today at the County Administration Building.

On tap; consideration of accepting the 2007-2008 accomplishments reports from CAO Craig Pedro, a review and direction to the Chair (Teri Murrison) on revisions to proposed Board of Supervisors rules for 2009 and a report from Supervisor Dick Pland on the January 28 meeting of the Regional Council of Rural Counties (RCDC).

In San Andreas at the Government Center there will be a minute order authorizing distribution of excess proceeds from the November 8, 2007 Tax Collector’s Public Auction Sale; Treasurer-Tax Collector.

Two other minute orders will involve a 2008-2009 agreement with Bid4Assets for Internet Auction services and authorization for future internet auction agreements with vendor of choice and the authorization of the Board Chair (Russ Thomas) to sign a letter addressed to the State Water Resources Control Board commenting on AB885 proposed regulations and the associated draft environmental impact report; Environmental Management Agency.

The San Andreas meeting gets underway at 9am.
