Victim Identified In Fatal Twain Harte Grade Accident

Sonora, CA — 43-year-old Ronald S. Walker of San Jose has been identified as the victim of a fatal rollover accident this morning on the Twain Harte Grade.
The Highway Patrol says Walker was driving his 2005 Ford truck east on Highway 108 at 8:08am when he lost control of the vehicle and overturned onto a snow covered median area. The CHP says excessive speed contributed to the accident.
Three family members were in the vehicle and suffered minor to moderate injuries. 41-year-old Christine Walker was transported to Doctor’s Medical Center in Modesto. 13-year-old Morgan Walker and 16-year-old Zachary Walker were taken to Sonora Regional Medical Center.
