Twain Harte Juvenile Transported To Hospital With Alcohol Poisoning
Twain Harte, CA — Three young adults were arrested in Twain Harte over the weekend after a 17-year-old was discovered to be unconscious with alcohol poisoning.
Deputies were dispatched to a party in the 21500 block of Cedar Springs Rd. When they arrived, they were met with resistance from party goers. After forcing entry into the home, the unconscious juvenile was discovered. An ambulance was dispatched, and the minor was transported to a local hospital.
19-year-old Janelle Anne Grillo, 21-year-old Nicole Marie Grillo and 20-year-old Chad Caspry were booked into Tuolumne County Jail for resisting/delaying a peace officer and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
The 17-year-old was later discovered to have a blood alcohol level of three times the legal limit.
