Tuolumne Road Contract Approved

Tuolumne, CA — The Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors has awarded a contract to George Reed Incorporated to begin construction on the Second phase of a road overlay of Tuolumne Road.
Phase One was constructed last year from the Junction Shopping Center to Morris Road. Phase two of the asphalt overlay will be from Morris Road to Cherry Valley Boulevard. The work will be paid for by state Proposition 1B funding.
The work contract is over $600,000, and was approved unanimously by the Supervisors.
