Tuolumne County, CA — Over 4,700 marijuana plants were located this week in the area of Jawbone Pass in Tuolumne County.
The Tuolumne Narcotics Team reports that there has been a major increase in the amount of illegally cultivated marijuana found in the county, as over 434,000 plants have been eradicated this season. Last year, there were just over 200,000 plants. The estimated value of all the eradicated marijuana this season is $869 million.
