Riot At Sierra Conservation Center

Jamestown, CA– Just before 2:00 pm today there was an inmate disturbance involving 50 inmates at the Sierra Conservation Center in Jamestown.
According to Lieutenant Kevin Wise, three inmates received minor injuries and were treated at the facility. The fighting lasted around 15 minutes and there were no injuries to the prison staff. The cause of the riot is unknown and is currently under investigation.
