Update: Two Power Outages In Calaveras County

Update at 2:30 p.m.: PG&E reports that the power has been restored to the remaining 18 customers along Dogtown Road in the Calaveritas area of Calaveras County.

Update at 1:15 p.m.: PG&E is reporting that the power has been restored to all but 18 of the 136 customers that were without electricity in Calaveras County.

Crews have managed to restore power to the larger power outage that was impacting 118 customers in the Dorrington area, off of Highway 4, in the vicinity of Black Bart Boulevard, Wikami and Kenshaw ways.  The utility blames the outage on an equipment issue.

Still remaining without electricity are 18 customers, between Calaveritas and Murphys, along Dogtown and Esmeralda roads.  The company relays that crews are at the scene and currently investigation the cause for the outage, which has a posted repair time of 2:30 p.m.

Original post at 12:45 p.m.: Calaveras County, CA — PG&E is reporting that 136 customers are without electricity in Calaveras County.

There are 118 in the Dorrington area, off of Highway 4, in the vicinity of Black Bart Boulevard, Wikami and Kenshaw ways.
