High Speed Chase

Sonora, CA – A motorist led a Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Deputy on a high speed chase this morning from Sonora to Twain Harte.
The deputy noticed that a stolen vehicle was exiting the Junction Shopping Center at 1:30am. As the deputy attempted to pull the car over, the vehicle continued eastbound. The deputy chased the vehicle through Soulsbyville and Twain Harte, reaching speeds of 70 mph along curving roads.
After approximately 25 minutes, the pursuit ended on South Sunshine Road. Four suspects were arrested, 20-year-old Sean Matthew Foster, 20-year-old James Lee Ramono, 24-year old Justin Cole Mendenhall and 40-year-old April Louise Crosby.
It is unknown at this time which suspect was driving the vehicle.
