White Recall Effort Launched

Riverbank, CA — A citizens group in Riverbank is trying to recall City Councilmember Jesse James White.
Riverbank Citizens for Fair Change has announced plans to mount a recall effort against the former 25th District Assembly candidate who faces drug possession charges.
The group needs to collect 2,500 signatures in order to place the initiative on the ballot. White has indicated that he has no intention to resign.
