Riverbank, CA — Assembly candidate Jesse James White has been arrested on drug charges.
KCRA 3 reports that the 21-year-old Riverbank City Council member is accused of having marijuana and cocaine in his home.
White is a Republican candidate for the 25th District Assembly seat.
