Yosemite, CA — The Ansel Adams Gallery will remain in Yosemite National Park.
The company that runs the gallery, Best’s Studio, Inc., has been awarded a new 10 year concession contract through 2020.
The Ansel Adams Gallery has been operating in the Park since 1902, making it the oldest, family owned and operated concessioner in the National Park Service. The gallery is located in Yosemite Village, where Adams lived and printed many of his famous photographs. The gallery sells Ansel Adams photography, photographic supplies and rents photographic equipment.
