San Andreas, CA — The investigation into the accident involving six teenagers in the early morning hours of February 12th on French Gulch Rd. has been completed.

A 16 year old female driver from Angels Camp rolled a 2007 Toyota Sienna three times while traveling at a speed estimated to be between 70-80 mph north of Darby Lane. The C.H.P. has filed the following recommendations with the District Attorney’s Office; felony DUI causing injury to another, vehicle theft, driving without a license, under the age of 21 and operating a vehicle carrying alcohol and transporting an unrestricted passenger.

16 year old Mycheila Rose of Douglas Flat was the only passenger in the vehicle not wearing a seat belt. She was ejected and remains in critical condition at Modesto Memorial Hospital.

The other occupants have been identified as 19 year old Derek Partain of Copperopolis, 16 year old Jacob Peterson of Murphys, 16 year old Dakota Crook of Murphys and 16 year old Aileen Bales of Murphys.
