The Tuolumne County Supervisors have now held three public meetings regarding the development of a five year strategic plan Tuesday evening.
District Two Supervisor Paulo Maffei was Friday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.
Maffei says he has been pleased to see full houses and standing room only crowds.
“The issues seem to be, how do we look forward, rather than just dealing with our current situation,” says Maffei. “There were concerns about jobs, economic development, and protecting the quality of life.”
The Supervisors are using the input to create a blueprint for the county over the next five years. Meetings will be held in the other four districts in the coming weeks.
The “Newsmaker of the Day” is heard each weekday morning on AM 1450 KVML at 6:47, 7:47 and 8:47am.
