Students Learn About Business
Sonora, CA — Junior Achievement of Tuolumne County is making its return.
The program teaches high school students about work readiness and entrepreneurship. Tuolumne County Economic Authority Director Larry Cope says JA’s upcoming programs will focus on work readiness, how to start a business, and how to effectively manage money.
A group of business leaders are on a steering committed helping to organize the program, including Julia Rhodes, Bill McIntyre, Bill Gordon, Tyler Newton, George Segarini, Derek Maxson, Al O’Brien, Aaron Roy and Cope.
