Rogers Is T.C.S.O.’s Most Wanted

Sonora, CA – The Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office is looking for James Earl Rogers.
This week’s Most Wanted suspect, 26, has two felony warrants for unlawful sexual acts with a minor. Rogers has an additional felony warrant for furnishing marijuana to a minor under the age of 14.
