Parrotts Ferry Subdivision Approved

Columbia, CA — The Tuolumne County Supervisors have rezoned 3.9 acres on Parrotts Ferry Road, allowing up to 28 homes to be constructed.
The property is divided into 14 parcels. The R-2 Medium Density Residential zoning will allow for up to two homes to be built on each parcel, or one duplex. The property had previously been designated as Multiple Family Residential, not allowing for the individual homes. It is located at 22050 Parrotts Ferry Road, 200 ft. southeast of the McKellar Drive intersection. The property owner is Tewolde B. Berhane.
The Supervisors approved the change with a 5-0 vote Tuesday.
