Pendley Back In Court

Sonora, CA– A former school aide at Columbia Elementary School returns to court on Friday.
Back in April, 23-year-old Brennan Pendley was arrested on three counts of unlawful sex with a minor. He plead not guilty to the charges April 25th.
According to the Tuolumne County District Attorney’s office, Pendley waived his right to a preliminary hearing May 27th.
Last November Pendley was also arrested for sending the same student in this case, sexually explicit text messages.
His felony arraignment is Friday, June 10th at 10:30 am in Department 2.
