Burglary Arrest At Hospital
Sonora, CA– A 20-year-old Tuolumne woman was arrested this week for burglary and being under the influence of a controlled substance.
The Sonora Police Department says on Monday night, an officer responded to Sonora Regional Medical Center’s emergency room regarding a man being treated for injuries sustained in a fight.
While in the hospital, the officer was told by hospital staff that they had caught the patient’s girlfriend stealing items from the doctor’s office in a restricted area of the hospital. The suspect was identified as Audrianna Sosnik of Tuolumne. She was also found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and to be in possession of valium.
Sosnik was taken into custody and booked at Tuolumne County Jail for felony burglary and felony possession of a controlled substance.. She was also charged with a misdemeanor for being under the influence of a controlled substance.
