Burglary Arrest In San Andreas

San Andreas, CA– Three Bay area men were arrested in San Andreas this week on numerous charges including criminal threats and burglary.


According to the Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a call Monday afternoon of three men who had reportedly forced entry into an apartment on Hope Court. After the deputies arrived, they were told by the victim that the three suspects had fled the scene and were now breaking into another residence down the street.


Deputies discovered the three men in the doorway of the home and a woman running from the residence. The investigation resulted in the discovery of several stolen items. All three suspects were also arrested.


18-year-old Curtis Denton of Discovery Bay, 22-year-old Sidney Silkert of San Jose, and 24-year-old Frederick Delley of Brentwood were arrested for burglary, criminal threats, conspiracy and vandalism. One man was also charged with possession of a firearm.
