Woman Arrested Sleeping On Tracks

Sonora, CA – A woman was arrested in Sonora after she was found sleeping on railroad tracks.
The Sheriff’s Office reports that 49-year-old Patricia Medler was near the Junction Shopping Center between Kohls and the Valero Gas Station. When approached and questioned by a deputy, Medler said she was waiting for a friend. Medler, a transient, was found to be intoxicated and had trouble standing up. She was booked into Tuolumne County Jail.
The incident was reported yesterday at 4pm.
