Winter Weather Advisories remain in effect for the Mother Lode and the Sierra Nevada through Friday 10 AM.
Snow levels will remain around 2500 feet.
An additonal inch of snow accumulation is expected above 2500 feet. One to six inches of snow is likely above 5000 feet.
Winds in the Mother Lode are around 5 mph. Above 5000 feet, winds are five to ten mph with gusts up to twenty mph.
There will be a slight chance of valley thunderstorms on Friday afternoon.
A dry and unseasonably cold airmass will move into central California this weekend.
In the valley, there is a chance of frost early Sunday and Monday mornings.
