TuCare Natural Resources Summit This Friday
CA Assemblyperson Kristin Olsen is set to co-host the TuCare Summit at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds on Friday September 28th.
Melinda Fleming, Executive Director of TuCare, was Wednesday’s KVML “Newsmaker of the Day”.
Thanks to the generosity of sponsors PG&E and the USDA Forest Service, there is no cost to attend this event.
The 12th Annual TuCare Natural Resources Summit is an informative day of discussion with local, state and nationally-recognized experts on forestry, range land and water management. There will be guest speakers from a variety of sources including agencies, educational organizations and elected officials.
Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. The Summit itself takes place from 9 a.m. thru 1 p.m. inside of the Sierra Building at the Mother Lode Fairgrounds in Sonora, CA.
On Thursday September 27th, the day before the Summit, there will be a forest tour (which is already sold out) from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Transportation to and from Mother Lode Fairgrounds & lunch will be provided
