Sonora, CA — Vote-by-mail ballots for the June election will be sent out next week.
Tuolumne County Clerk and Auditor Controller Debi Russell says 67 percent of county voters choose the mail option. She says ballots will be sent from her office this coming Monday. Notable local races include the Board of Supervisors, Sonora City Council and Assembly District Five. Voters will also decide the fate of the Groveland Fire Tax and the expansion of the Transient Occupancy Tax.
Ballots must be received back at the Election’s office by June 5th.
