TNT Busts Several For Drugs
Sonora, CA — The Tuolumne Narcotics Team has wrapped up a six month investigation regarding the illegal sales of methamphetamine, heroin and pharmaceutical drugs.
TNT agents worked undercover trying to purchase illegal substances from drug dealers. Sgt. Craig Davis reports that a lot of time and energy goes into an operation like this. He says agents worked countless hours developing information, utilizing confidential informants, following up on citizen tips and conducting surveillance.
TNT reports that the following people were arrested this week.
Roberta Kay Holgerson – DOB: 1/29/63 was arrested for 11352(a) H&S
Charles Edward Wanamaker – DOB 5/31/62 was arrested for 11352(a) H&S
Timothy Kent Ramstead – DOB 5/27/84 was arrested for 11352(a) H&S
Dylan Stephan Lay DOB – 10/17/71 was arrested for two counts of 11352(a) H&S and 475(A) PC
Fredrick Arthur Caswell – DOB 6/24/64 was arrested for two counts of 11352(a) H&S
Marc Neil Bacon – DOB 8/3/89 was arrested for 11352(a) H&S
Adam William Martin Gee – DOB 12/29/87 was arrested for 11379 H&S, 11350 H&S, 11364.1 H&S
Gerald Scott Nelson – DOB 6/29/62 was arrested for 11364.1 H&S
Michael Kenneth Owsley – DOB 7/3/84 was arrested for two counts of 11379 H&S, 11378 H&S, and 11364.1 H&S
Vanessa Marie Owsley- DOB 9/26/84 was arrested for 11378 H&S, and 11364.1 H&S
Annette Michelle Engle – DOB 5/14/69 was arrested for two counts of 11379 H&S, and 11378 H&S
Sean Timothy Oconnor – DOB 6/25/80 was arrested for 11351 H&S, 11378 H&S, 11366 H&S, 11364.1 H&S, and 496 PC
Lisa Nicole Oconner – DOB 11/11/81 was arrested for 11350 H&S, 11366 H&S, 11364.1 H&S, and 496 PC.
Russell Allen Lee Jr. – DOB 11/26/88 was arrested for 11351 H&S, 11364.1 H&S, 4573 PC, 11350 H&S, 11352 H&S and six misdemeanor arrest warrants.
Jacob Donald Sabins- DOB 12/20/90 was arrested for 11350 H&S, 11364.1 H&S
Three suspects involved in the sales of controlled substances are still being sought by TNT agents and local law enforcement. They are:
Matthew Sherman Kitchens – DOB 12/5/90 wanted for 11352(a) H&S and 182 (A) (1) PC.
Marisa Nicole Barba – DOB 4/19/77 wanted for 11352(a) H&S
Brandon Ray Bauer – DOB 8/6/85 wanted for 11352(a) H&S
Agents also executed a search warrant at a residence on South Airport Rd. where numerous stolen items were recovered. TNT Agents are trying to link the items to some recent burglaries reported in the area.
