How is water supply holding up during this dry winter?
A panel from the Tuolumne Utilities District will address this and other issues on Mother Lode Views this weekend. Guests will include General Manager Pete Kampa, District Engineer Tom Scesa and Customer Services Supervisor Lisa Westbrook.
Earlier this month the Department of Water Resources announced that the Central Sierra Nevada snowpack is only 32 percent of average for this time of year.
The group will also talk about state issues that could impact the Mother Lode, and comment on the development of a new rate plan for customers. The previous rate proposal was voted down because of concerns voiced by customers.
