Marijuana Greenhouses Busted in San Andreas

San Andreas, CA — The Calaveras County Sheriff’s Office located three large greenhouses illegally growing marijuana in the 6000 block of Fricot City Road.
A search warrant was issued for the property in San Andreas, and 1,319 marijuana plants were seized. They were in various stages of maturity. The sheriff’s office reports that no suspects were located, but the investigation is ongoing. The Calaveras County Code Compliance unit is also involved in the case, and reviewing any potential permit or code violations.
