Car Versus Truck

Jenny Lind, CA — The CHP reports there is a car vs. truck wreck on Highway 26 in Calaveras County. The CHP says a truck smashed into a car and sent it slamming into a utility pole on Highway 26 near White Road in Jenny Lind. The driver of the car is being air ambulance to a nearby hospital. There is no word on injuries. PG & E have been called to the scene but no lines are down. Traffic is backed up on highway 26 so motorists will want to use caution in the area.
