Murphys, CA — An ambulance is responding to an accident at the Highway 4 and Parrotts Ferry Road intersection.

Updated at 2:15pm: Two vehicles were involved. Officials are requesting that the coroner respond because a person was fatally injured. Additional officers have been called in to direct traffic. Be prepared for delays throughout the afternoon.
