Tuolumne County Supervisors To Hold Annual Planning Retreat
Tuolumne County Supervisors and department head's governance workshop at Rush Creek Lodge in the Groveland area
Sonora, CA — Tuolumne County leaders will have two days of meetings at the Rush Creek Lodge this week where they will review the past year and discuss strategic priorities moving forward.
The annual retreat will take place on Thursday and Friday. The meetings are open to the public, but the setting is much more casual than other regular board meetings held during the first and third Tuesday’s of the month.
The agenda for day one, beginning Thursday at 9am, will include a conversation with department heads about the past year, a discussion about internal and external forces that may affect the county over the next few years, strategic presentations from department heads, and a discussion about prioritization.
Then on day two, also beginning at 9am, will be a discussion about strategic priorities, horizontal leadership (working together as a governing body), and talk about where the county wants to “go from here.”
The location for the meetings, the Rush Creek Lodge, is located at 34001 Highway 120 in Groveland.
