Fire Near Highway 108 And Tulloch Dam Road

Jamestown, CA– A fire started in some vegetation located near Highway 108 and Tulloch Dam Road. The fire was burning at a slow rate of spread and was named the “Owl Fire”. Fire resources responded and quickly stopped the forward progress, with the size estimated at 2 acres. Crews will remain in the area mopping up. The cause of the fire is unknown.
