Update at 8:15 p.m.: The CHP is reporting that Highway 4 has reopened to one-way traffic but it is slow going for the morning commute. A head-on crash involving several vehicles at the Milton Road intersection near Farmington brought traffic to a standstill for more than an hour. Although an air ambulance landed at the site, the CHP is indicating minor injuries in the wreck. A tow crew is on scene working to remove the wreckage. There is no estimated time for the roadway to completely reopen so motorists may want to find an alternative route.
