The power outage in the West Point area is impacting 76 customers. Their lights went out just before 4 p.m. along Grinding Rock Court, Skull Flat Road, Meadow View Road, Argonaut Lane, Winton Road, Hidden Valley Road, and John Eaph Trail. The utility reports that a crew is investigating a cause. The posted restoration time is 7:45 p.m.

The lights went out right before 3 p.m. for customers stretching along the Highway 49 and 4 corridors, including Copperopolis, Angles Camp, Murphys, and Sheep Ranch, to just before Avery and Arnold.

The utility reports that crews are investigating the cause and have given a restoration time of 7 p.m.
