Business Expansion Request At Lake Don Pedro

Lake Don Pedro, CA — The Lake Don Pedro Storage facility is asking the Tuolumne County Planning Commission for a Conditional Use Permit to add five new buildings.

The project site is located at 14444 Las Palmas Way off Highway 132 in the Lake Don Pedro area. The owner Donald Clanton is asking the commission for the permit to add the units to a 2.9 acre vacant lot on the south side of the existing facility. The buildings will range in size from 4,860 to 12,624 sq. ft. for a total of 44,028 sq. ft. The structures will house multiple rental spaces for vehicles, boats and personal items.

A public hearing is set for May 17, Wednesday begining at 6 p.m. at the Tuolumne County Board of Supervisors Chambers located in the county administration center on Green Street in Sonora.
