Update: Power Restored To Most After Stormy Weather Outages

Update at 4:45 p.m.:  PG&E reports 19 customers in the Twain Harte area remain without power along Middle Camp Road near Hawk Lane due to downed PG&E and AT&T lines. Crews are on the scene working to restore power but the company has posted an estimated time of repair of  4 a.m. Wednesday. The CHP asks motorists to take alternate routes to avoid this area.

Update at 2:30 p.m.: All areas with reported power outages have had power restored. A few remaining single customer outages that are isolated issues are being addressed.  

Original story posted at 1:20p.m.: Tuolumne County, CA – Two areas of Tuolumne County are without power due to the nasty weather.

PG&E reports 72 customers in the Twain Harte area are without power along Middle Camp Road, Lazy Z and Huckleberry lanes. The CHP reports that a broken pole brought down power line onto Middle Camp Road. The estimated repair time is 3:30 p.m.

Another 37 customers in the Columbia area are without lights along Yankee Hill, Upper Knickerbockerflat and Mountain Boy roads. A crew found that a tree came in contact with electrical equipment. The company hopes to have the power restored by 2 p.m.
