Structure Fire In Tuolumne City

Tuolumne, CA — Firefighters remain on the scene of a structure fire in Tuolumne City this morning.
The flames broke out in the 18800 block of Carter Street between Baker Avenue and Cemetery Lane around 4:40 a.m. Cal Fire reports that when crews arrived on the scene the attic of the home was ablaze. It took firefighters about an hour to put out the flames. Investigators are now actively trying to determine what caused the fire. Crews will be mopping up for the next couple of hours.
