Update: 12:25 p.m.: A vegetation fire in Angels Camp on Meacham Ranch road off Highway 49 has been contained at a half-acre, according to CAL Fire. While two engines remain on the scene mopping up, fire officials have not yet determined the cause of the blaze.

Original Post at 11:57 a.m.:San Andreas, CA — All aircraft from Columbia and other fire resources are responding to a fire reported at 11:40 said to be located in the 3300 block of Meacham Ranch Road at the 2100 block of Highway 49, according to CAL Fire. No other details available at this time. We will keep you posted as more information develops.
