Sonora, CA — Next month there will be a competition for local residents to come up with the next great innovative idea or product.
The Tuolumne Innovation Challenge is set for April 19th at the InnovationLab inside the former Tuolumne General Hospital in Sonora. The winner will receive a $1,500 cash prize, and $2,000 worth of professional services, to develop the idea into a viable concept. The Innovation Challenge will be among the topics on this weekend’s Mother Lode Views that will focus on economic development. The show’s guests will include Larry Cope, Tuolumne County Economic Development Authority Director and Kurt Clark of the Alliance Small Business Development Center.
