Sonora, CA — Starting next week there will be a series of forums in Tuolumne County focused on the drought.
The forums will be held in each of the Supervisorial districts. The first is coming up Monday, April 13 at Soulsbyville Elementary School, Tuesday, April 14 at Groveland Community Hall, Monday, April 20 at Jamestown Elementary School, Tuesday April 21 at Tuolumne Memorial Hall, and Wednesday, April 29 in the Board of Supervisors meeting room in downtown Sonora.
All of the forums are open to the public and start at 6:30pm. They are being organized by the Tuolumne County Office of Emergency Services, T.U.D. and ATCAA. Some of the panel members will also include Supervisors, Tuolumne County Environmental Health, CAL Fire, Tuolumne County Fire, the Tuolumne County Ag Commissioner, Tuolumne County Public Health, Groveland Community Services District and Twain Harte Community Services District.
