Sonora, CA — The T.U.D. Board of Directors will break into closed session to review applicants for the General Manager position.
Tom Scesa is planning to retire this coming May. Other items on Tuesday’s agenda include possible revisions to the water leak adjustment policy. This is in relation to the amount of money customers are required to reimburse the district in the event of broken pipes. There will also be discussion about a contract with the state related to funding the construction of a waterline extension in Jamestown in the area of Campo Seco and Algerine Road. Some water users in those areas have reported well failures. Tuesday’s meeting starts at 2pm in the T.U.D. District Office.
